On 15th July 2009, I went for the 33rd Bon Odori festival which was held at the same place every year (Matshushita Stadium, Shah Alam) with my fellow Alphanatics. This year, the turnouts are really something. The news reported that more than 30,000 people attended the event on that date. I was expecting the crowd to be a bit lesser since Manchester United is also playing at Bukit Jalil Stadium (versus the Malaysian National Squad) on the same date.
